Terms
Short, and scoped to the site. The agreement under which the product is licensed is a separate contract and nothing here varies it.
About this page. It describes how this website works and what it does with what you send it. It is not legal advice, and it does not vary any agreement you have signed with us — where the two differ, the signed agreement governs.
Scope
They are terms for using itzal.ai. They are not the agreement under which the Itzal product is licensed — that is a separate contract, negotiated and signed, and nothing here varies it. Where the two ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.
Read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. The measurements, coverage tables and gap lists are published so they can be checked and compared — using them in an evaluation is the point.
Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, or use the contact form to send bulk or unsolicited mail. Testing the security of this site is welcome under the terms in security.txt, and unwelcome outside them.
We publish what we do not cover as well as what we do, and we try to keep both current. Even so, the site is provided as it is: the content describes a product under active development, pages carry dates, and nothing here is a warranty, a commitment to a roadmap, or a substitute for legal, security or compliance advice about your own environment.
Pricing shown on this site is indicative until it is in a quote.
The Itzal name, the mark and the contents of this site belong to Itzal. Names of other products appear for identification only and belong to their owners; nothing here implies any endorsement in either direction.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that: this site is provided for information, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from its use. If you are evaluating Itzal for deployment, the agreement you sign governs the product and its liabilities — not this page.
These terms may change. The date at the foot of this page is the date they last did, and earlier versions are in the site's version history rather than deleted.
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or the use of this site, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
The coverage page is the one worth reading before a call.
